Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We currently ship only within the United States.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed (for apparel)
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging when applicable
  • Includes proof of purchase or order number

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@beyln.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.

Lost Packages or Delivery Delays

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost or unlikely to be delivered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we encourage customers to review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Since all orders include free shipping, the full amount paid for the order will be refunded if the return is approved.

After we issue the refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
